By accessing or using Imglov ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Imglov provides free online image processing tools including but not limited to image compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, watermarking, brightness/contrast adjustment, and photo editing. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all content you upload and process through the Service
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights
  • You must not attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • You must not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • You must not use the Service to process images containing illegal content

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. Imglov does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Our website design, logo, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Imglov.

5. File Processing

  • Uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted within 1 hour
  • We do not access, review, or share your uploaded files
  • File size limits and processing quotas may apply
  • We are not responsible for any data loss during processing
  • We recommend keeping backup copies of your original files

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imglov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imglov, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
